Electronic Storefront Lease and Agreement
Terms and Conditions
1. The Lessee agrees to purchase one of the Storefronts listed below.

A. ( ) Premier Storefront C. ( ) Econo Storefront
B. ( ) Super Storefront D. ( ) Mini Storefront
2. The Electronic Storefront will consist of up to ______ pages and _____________ graphics
and ___________ words of text to be hosted on the Amble In-Net Mall to be determined by the store purchased.
3. A programming and set up fee will be paid to the Lessor by the Lessee in the amount of
$ _________________ (U.S.) to install your web site in the Amble In-Net Mall. Again this is determined by the storefront choosen.
4. Upkeep. The Electronic Storefront may be changed and or altered once per quarter during
the agreement provided the Lessee informs the Lessor of these alterations in writing.
Additional charges may be incurred for said changes.
5. Subletting. Lessee may NOT sublet said Electronic Storefront to any other party without
expressed written permission from the Lessor.
6. Default. If Lessee shall fail to pay or perform on any term hereof, after not less than three
( 3 ) days written notice of such default, the lessor, at his/her option may terminate said
lease/agreement. All monies paid for above mentioned programming and set up, and
above mentioned maintenance fees shall be forfeit in the Lessors favor. Any and all sales
from said Electronic Storefront while in default may also be forfeit at the option of the
Lessor.
7. Termination. This agreement and the lease hereby granted may be terminated at any
time, provided the Lessor and the Lessee are in agreement of its termination and are
both informed in writing. Otherwise it shall be carried out in full as agreed upon.
8. The Amble In-Net Mall or any other agents of said organization cannot guarantee
future profits to individuals or businesses leasing the Electronic Storefront.
9. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership or joint venture
between the parties. Lessee shall function as an independent contractor with respect to
this agreement and is solely responsible for Lessee’s taxes, insurance, licenses, and the
acts or omissions of Lessee’s agents or representatives.
10. Lessee understands and agrees that nothing in this Agreement constitutes Lessee as an
agent of Amble In-Net Mall for any purpose whatsoever. Lessee is not granted any
right of authority to assume of create any responsibility, express or implied, on behalf of
or in the name of Amble In-Net Mall. Lessee further understands and agrees that
Lessee shall not have any right to use any trade name, trademark, or service mark that is
owned by Amble In-Net Mall, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in a signed
writing.
11. None of the Storefronts purchased by Lessee may be used to advertise other online
shopping malls or Electronic Storefronts.
12. Lessee has the right to cancel this sale up to midnight of the third business day after
signing this contract by mailing a notice of cancellation to Amble In-Net Mall,
700 N 13 TH ST, Lamar, CO 81052, postage prepaid.
13. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
state of Colorado.
I understand that all Electronic Storefronts are subject to final approval by the Amble In-Net Mall. Said approval does in no way remove the full responsibility for all claims and representations made on the Storefront from myself the person leasing the Storefront.
I hereby agree to protect and indemnify the Amble In-Net Mall, its owners, employees and representatives, from any claims of libel, copyright violation, plagiarism, violation from privacy, and any other claims or legal action based on the content, representations, or promotions made by me regarding this Storefront. Payment is included as outlined above.
